Dominant omegas mean omegas that can get pregnant. Recessive omegas are omegas that can’t get pregnant. It has nothing to do with their build. Dominant Alphas are just very powerful alphas with powerful pheromones. Them being dominant does not have to do with their looks at all.

You have scondary genders that were mutated to omegas. For example Yeonwoo who was a beta before. Who has some health issues, so his pregnancies (two) were problematic. Also the later one is mutated the more problems.
