what the fuck is that title

The original title uses the term 幼女 (Youjo) which simply refers to young girls, toddler or so age range. the "loli" comes from either the scan team this was taken from, or from the uploader. I have dropped reading it, but chapter 1 does not seem to contain any suggestive content of the main character.
