My first though was "Never understand" but ig its a pretty popular one and ypu already know it? Also i dont remember well but i think the mc does struggle with the fact that hes "not pretty"
Also i would recommend you reading webtoons, they tend to have diversity of features in characters as you can read stories of authors from all countries
I’m tired of seeing unique facial features or body types on antagonists only. Does anybody have recs for stories where the protagonist isn’t thin, has a fuller face or square face, a non typical nose, and/or dark eyes? Non typical expressions of gender would also be nice. Also, I would prefer plots where the major point isn’t improving their appearance.
