A feature I wish they would add

If any creator of mangago sees this, I really wish we could see what manga a reply is from.

Whenever I reply to a comment and get an answer, I have no clue what manga it's from, maybe I'm the dumb one not knowing where to look... otherwise I wish we could see the title.

If you see at the very end of that page where you get the notification of , you can see what manga's discussion it was
It says something like
"Back to XYZ discussion"

Is the what you are talking about ?
