i think this was a decent story. the attempted rape was unnecessary. i wish authors could develop the relationship between their main characters without using rape as a plot device. like, if they were gonna sleep with each other, could you have not just replaced the redhead with the ml? not saying the ml rapes him but like him helping the mc after he got too drunk instead of having the redhead coerce the mc into sex. otherwise, the story was quite sweet and wholesome. it was a little sad seeing siegfried cry and wish he was sigmund’s son instead. fuck the dad. also, ugh maybe it’s cus i’m american but these old ass english names are taking me out. i would reread it, its a cute, short story
