Unlikely. There are other couples in this series without their own kids (alpha x beta, beta x omega), the creators don't seem like ones who would tweak plots or ABO physiologies just to make babies...
I agree, if the author wanted that, he could've done it with Dojin's older brother's story already. I think the main issue between Byul and Siwoo is the natural instinct of an alpha, but they'll learn to deal with it as time passes by.
