Trust me I’ve loved this story and been following it for years, but something about Ramdane coming back as a MISTRESS is just blowing my fucking mind. And like yes they’re not technically “married” but he calls her his wife bro and she is PREGNANT the whole damn city thinks they’re husband and wife is that not so shame and just so fucking sad.
And NEL hit it right on the mark, saying, isn’t it so much more painful for Ramdand and Wolsey himself agreed bc of course it is. Nel said it is a relationship “entirely built on Ramdane’s kindness” ngl I teared up a little bc it’s just too much. And Wolsey knows that saying yes, Ramdane is extremely understanding, and if that ever changed he’s the only one who could backstab me however he likes.
And although I knew Awra wouldn’t be endgame of course, I just loved their interactions ╥﹏╥ bc he truly respected Ramdane and admired his strength and would LEAVE THE LIFE (sailing) he has now for him. CANNOT say the same for Wolsey and instead he just takes and takes and leaves Ramdane to make more sacrifices it’s just so selfish.
I hope something big will happen, and of course this FUCK ASS MARRIAGE to dissolve already and they split forever bc wtf. You mean to tell me Ramadan’s has to suffer like this forever???? No bro, I will drop this story so fast if in the next volumes she doesn’t get out of the equation….fuck an heir and all this family business, Wolsey is just straight up abusing ramdane’s kindness.
