    I think the joke is that he's sterile, meaning he's medically unable to reproduce, because of the curse, not that he's impotent. Saying he's impotent implies he has erectile dysfunction, but as he mentioned some chapters back, it’s still functional. Isaac repeatedly shouting he’s impotent is killing me ╥﹏╥
