So far in the comic it’s not stated that Blaine isn’t her half brother, Leah thinks that Blaine is her father’s son. I haven’t read the novel so maybe that’s stated in there but it hasn’t been revealed yet in the comic. Though, I think the instant at the funeral where his hair was blond was supposed to be foreshadowing to the fact that he’s actually not the king’s son.
