i really like the shallow, obviously pubescent aspect of yuuma’s personality. a hard home situation is always exasperated by the simple fact of being 16, an age at which you’re generally a volatile asshole anyway, and I feel the author expressed well how egocentric— as well as how difficult— it is to be profoundly mentally ill at that age.
