Its intresting how roles changed between them but the span of time in which independent cold manipulant Jaeha changed to Total breakdown anxious shit was too rushed, like a switch
I don't think it's unbelievable though, jaeha was always weak but because siheon was weaker he was able to use that to feel powerful. He then grew dependent on that power which is also obvious when you see him trying to get Siheon's attention during the memory loss.
Now that Siheon is the stronger one, Jaeha's weakness becomes obvious
Ahh youre right that makes more sense. Ive got too much immersed in siheon (and later mc) point of view i guess. If jaeha feels better than siheon by dragging him lower, then it indeed makes no sense to drag himself even lower by releasing that vid
