I wasn't really a fan of the uke at first because he was just trying to mooch off the top and take advantage of his kindness. It made him pretty hard to like in the beginning.

But after reading the raws (which are about two chapters ahead from here), I started finding the story a lot more interesting. The uke actually begins to feel guilty about what he's doing because the top is genuinely so nice to him. Watching that guilt slowly build up made his character feel much more human and compelling.

And then there's the plot twist. The top isn't exactly the huge puppy seme we all thought he was, and the uke isn't as simple as he first appeared either. Both of them have layers that the story gradually reveals, which completely changed my impression of them.

What I like most is that neither character fits neatly into the roles they seem to have at the start. Just when you think you've figured them out, the story throws something new at you. That unpredictability is what keeps me hooked. Instead of a straightforward dynamic, we're getting two flawed, complicated people whose true personalities are slowly coming to light, and honestly, that's what makes this manhwa so much more interesting than I expected.
