The fight with the stalker i think was a whole bad ass scene with MC reading his energy as he teleported. Also the scene at the Ramen stop was supposed to be his exes new boyfriend who cut the line. Which shows how much of a tool his guide is. Those are just a few at the top of my head.

His ex’s new bf was indeed portrayed cutting the line but not the badass scenes which I would have preferred over it
I just started reading the novel, and damn. They left out A LOT of details in the manhwa. That's why the manhwa felt a little stiff for me.
