Probably because it wasn't originally in the novel and the artist didn't know how to add onto it. Maybe they think people won't read unless there is a sex scene.
Which is odd cause they already had sex before the rape scene
I don't think that happened in the novel either, correct me if I'm wrong. The only part I remember reading is the hospital part where ML needed treatment but it wasn't really sex in the novel.
I don't even care if a story have Rape but the fact everybody just act like it never happened in the story is frying me lmao
