I get where taesan is coming from, it's sad that he would get old and watch his lover and children stay young forever and him crashing out on geumryang is also valid bc he is willing to leave the babies behind just to be with him but anyways I understand both taesan and geumryang's pov this is a complicated situation and I love how this story actually brings us back to reality and I assume majority of us would want taesan and geumryang to live and die together but taesan is worried about the twins being alone and without a parent and I hope geumryang would feel more parental to them rather than just them having a duty to protect the mountain but I know in the later sides he would come to love them the same way taesan loves them
