No that's not the one. I js read that one a while ago and that made me think about that manga and I asked here. But I found it, apparently it was under the name "Zaria" so it didn't showed up on that manga.

I think this is kinda spoilers but idk it's old
The author of coyote and Shangri, zariya also had another manga of like a tourist dude(seme) and the local dude(uke). Tourist dude and local dude hooks up and stuff, they began to fall in love but one day tourist dude says he has to go back to his wife and kids and the local dude is crushed. Fast forward a year and seme comes back and turns out he lied about having kids and stuff.
