Unfortunately no you have to either shrink ur pfp or find one that fits the length and with. I recommend going on Pinterest and looks at photos that have the L & W you need for the pfp.
Do you know what length and width?
I don't know what device you're using to access Mangago, but when you select an image, you can actually stretch the box to a certain size to choose which part of the image is shown. If it's already at the largest possible size, then you'll need to select a smaller image.

I just checked I’m pretty sure it’s a 3 by 3 grid. If you want a certain pfp u could always also shrink the photo smaller take a ss and zoom and when changing the pfp it would just be kind low quality.
Also, on my phone, and btw, the quality of your profile picture only looks that bad to you, other users don't see it as blurry I think it's a glitch or something
The poor quality is only on your side. The quality is good in other users. Someone told me my pfp looks good but it’s pixelated on my side.
