idk how to say it but this manhwa lowk pmo. it started off good, i liked it. but as the story goes on, i feel like i dont even know the personality of the mc. its like hes bipolar yk. smtimes hes so apprehensive abt being w the ml and then the next hes enthusiastic abt it. idk man, am i the only one feeling this. he acts so uncharacteristically sometimes that idek what character traits he embodies. dykwim? TT.
and sorry cuz i might be picky abt this but, the ml is lowk so manipulative? like, every other sentence hes like manipulating the mc to do smt he wants. im talking abt the 20 year old ml. ml wants mc to do smt and mc says he doesnt want to, then ml goes acting all pitiful and basically guilt trips mc into doing what he wants. i get this is common in korean manhwas but i feel like im seeing it a lot more in this one and its starting to feel overwhelming. usually idrc abt this but its kinda too obv to ignore in this one.
then comes the part of mc crying over nothing?? girl, he literally only js took off his watch for a few hours, even if he enters code red or wtv, hes def gna have some other guide guide him right? why are we crying over smt as trivial as that. and not to mention, hes doing training? they wldnt let him go berserk in a supervised environment... there was literally no reason to cry abt it. at most maybe feel a lil bit of worry, but its not to the pt of needing to bawl ur eyes out when he came home. perhaps i remembered what happened wrong, but im sure mc had no good reason to cry there.
omg the more i think abt this manhwa, the more confused i am w everything. is it js me? maybe i shld js sit there like a good girl and accept wtv is happening in front of my eyes-- turn off my brain.
