When I saw people talking about cheating I was like "What are you even saying". It just turns out that you are all apparently blinded by the smut and missing the plot. MC has been engaged and dumped 3 times. People were judgmental about it and thinking it's all on him (I think that Gray might have had something to do with it). So he was out sad and drinking when ML meets him for the fist time and they have sex, that is what y'all think is cheating. It's just a flash back of when they really first met, before MC was kicked out by his noble family and had to become a driver. MC doesn't remember it though. Looks like ML lost track of him and only saw him again that night when he came to pick him up. I think that was set up by the friend so that they could see each other. But then ML takes it too far due to his abandonment issues. Sets up the ambush wedding and starts making MC an omega so no one can object to the marriage since he can now have an heir.
