Scarring someone’s face like that is way beyond having a room better than she’s lived in for years and harassment that barely registers because of the abuse before. Especially a girl in this kind of setting Anna would have become an outcast

Also , the fl is soo annoying like why r u angry at the most normal thing that happens in noble houses but not at how they were treating you.
I would've left if I were her a long time ago , but that's probably bcz I'm a quitter...
