Yep... there's a lot of taboos... and I still hate the siblings to lovers and now the marriage between cousins (I understand the reasons but is still gross)... but the comic is very much tame compared with the novel...
Btw... am I tripping or was Lytro's 1st love in love with her dying uncle? It's been a while so Idr this detail from the novel... but the little details of the comic make me think so...
this is gonna sound insane but im somehow relieved that they chop off the scene right after nasha got in the cage cause i remember in novel it was a bit more crazier than thather sisters were somehow addicted so that’s why they don’t believe they need saving and instead wanted nasha to join them too. so as dark as this already is, the novel is definitely darker
