Read the chapter again. They showed Juhyeok female alpha parent. And Suah male omega parent.
But they didn't show the other parent on either of them.
Ok so the old guy is a dominant alpha so he doesn't react to pheromones. But that doesn't explain why Juhyeok don't feel his at all even if he have Suah once.
Each time that old guy released his pheromones there was no reaction at all. What if that old guy is his father ? Or Suah father ? That would explain the no reaction part. After all we didn't saw their other parent only Juhyeok alpha mom , and Suah omega mom.
