I'm pretty sure Eri is dead. She could've acted the clips before she died, and Yuta could've just edited them into the video. I also feel like it would be pretty hard to edit timeskip Yuta and young Eri together. Somehow, I think timeskip Yuta is Yuta's dad.
I definitely think the entirety of the oneshot was the film, as the panels were film strips and the pictures showed motion as if it was a video the whole time.
One thing for sure is that Eri is not actually a vampire. It think it's a metaphor for how someone dear to a person can always linger in your head and negatively impact you until you move on. And that's why she's back alive towards the end, always lingering, until that explosion to officially leave her death and grieving over her behind.
