I feel like I’m going to anger a lot of people with this opinion…….
I don’t want to put a spoiler tag just incase people are looking for a general opinion of should they read this or not.

The 80+ chapters are quite long so the story definitely isn’t rushed, maybe towards the end a bit but that’s like most. I will say the story is quite detailed and I think it does capture a life quite well. My biggest complaint is how long the angst/ problems are dragged out.

I appreciate the attention to detail by the fact that Saysa has results and life long effects from his trauma but personally some of the chapters around 50-70 just blurred together because they felt so similar and bland. I think this is a very biased opinion that differs from person to person though.

I like how real the characters feel, I don’t like how much things are dragged out and I think chapters could’ve been shorter for an easier read. I also have adhd so
idk..(づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ

I found the earlier chapters FAR more interesting.

Overall I could definitely have gone through my whole life without reading this, not one of the best stories I’ve read but definitely unique. Would I personally recommend this to people? Probably not, maybe if they enjoy a more focused and angst story, personally I read to switch my mind off so mind rotting fluff is perfect for me… ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄
