From what i remember, if you are marked as an omega, you wouldn't be affected by other alphas pheromones, only by your partner who marked you. And other alphas pheromones would smell bad for the omega. Not quite sure but its mostly this.
An alpha's mark here is weaker than an omega's mark (for several reasons), but if an omega is marked they can only sense the alpha who marked them, remember when Grayson let out a lot of pheromones on Josh before but it didn't affect him?
Wait, i forgot. What is the use of the mark on Josh's ear again? Like, several manga/mangwa have their own 'rules' of this marking thing. It's kinda confuse me.
