I understood the story pretty well so far there's just a lot of scheming and words embellishing lies and facts so you can't help which is which. There's obviously still a lot of plot holes but it's not a fully serialized story and not all artist are storytellers. Same as not all storytellers are artists. It's poorly constructed so far.
