People with mental disorders actually have a REALLY hard time texting other people with no business being involved. It’s like they’re trying to pull themselves apart from the world. It’s hard to get out the bed and their mind filled with “oh another day, how am i supposed to deal with whatever will happen today?” They see the notification but their mind filled with all the possibilities what would happen if they answer and what will happen if they don’t answer. It’s hard to understand but it’s harder being them

I've been on the ghosted side. I liked somebody and I could swear the liked me too. Then they ghosted me for two weeks. I tried to contact them several time and nothing. My attraction for them turned into resentment because I felt like an idiot looking at all those messages I sent them with no reply. When they finally showed up, they gave me this whole speech about taking time for themselves to sort their feeling (fuck you), why tf they didn't say that at the beginning instead of having me feeling like an idiot wondering wtf happened!!! anyways, my point is, Ghosting people that don't deserve it is cruel and it can have consequences that the person doing the ghosting won't see coming
