Okay, I do understand this criticism, but I want to add that--yes, while the situation surrounding the Uke's part in what's currently happening is super fucked up--the toxicity is still very much on the two of them collectively. I mean I do understand the Seme's trauma surrounding his confusion about him and the Uke sleeping together, but in that situation there wasn't much the Uke could do to stop it-- If I remember correctly (feel free to negate this if Im wrong ) the Uke was still under the heavy influence of the Seme's pheromones during that moment, and he wasn't even fully conscious when the Seme made a move on him (not either of their faults since seme was drugged). Since we know the Seme is a very dominant alpha, its pretty clear that his pheromones were probably very effective, and at the time the Uke had already been a full omega for a little while and would have felt the effects of the Seme's pheromones in that same way. Now regarding his not telling the Seme, you'd have to take into account their prior relationship, and consider the amount of trauma the seme has left the uke with. The Uke knows (or atleast thinks he knows) how much the Seme cant stand the thought of intimacy with a beta male, and at the time the uke believed it was best to not tell the seme what happened because it would only further disgust him--and possibly drive him away or anger him. And considering the state of their "relationship", there really wasn't any wiggle room for conflict. Now, the seme following this event up by deliberately telling the uke he slept with an omega just to get a rise out of the Uke was also very toxic, and played on the Uke's trauma of being rejected constantly(both by the seme and his family) and was the seme's final breaking point-- which in turn led him to finally break away from their Mutually toxic relationship. I personally think all of these factors should be considered in this whole arrangement, since it seems like your anger towards only the uke may be misconstrued, since they both played parts in the other's misery and their current situation, and they both share a lot of the blame.

Also sorry this is so long, I do agree with your sympathy for the seme, as I do find the pregnancy runaway trope to be selfish and taxing in many cases, however in this case I think there's a lot more nuance to be discussed.
