wrong move of the author to make that reason for the mc to think a bit longer abt terminating the baby lol. they wanted to prolong it but it's bs.
The author added that in because there are many places where that is a thing currently. I also know that before 2021 in Korea, it was mandatory to notify the father and get consent before having an abortion.
So, depending on when the novel was made or the time the story is set in, it may have been the norm.
