basically in the past both mls knew a dude that looked like our mc. he had a chronic disease and didn't want to live in pain, so he asked the ml to let him die even though the 2nd ml would be heartbroken because he was 1) his tutor, and 2) in love with him. the black haired ml respects this dude's wishes but the white haired one loses his mind and that's why he calls him murderer. the 2nd ml is just projecting his love for this dead dude in the mc and he will become even weirder in the following chapters. as you can see, the mc is already in love with the black haired ml, and he obviously learns the truth and is heartbroken because he thinks the black haired dude is also in love with the dead tutor. drama ensues.
