This was my review after reading the novel

It feels like I've spent the last 3 years of their lives just alongside them. Throughout the entire read I've gone through emotions, cried, fet anxious, despair, joy. It was such well written, beautifully narrated story. I sympathized with both the characters, and cared for them. Even though they are characters inna fictional world, I care deeply for them and I hope they are happy together in that fictional world. I know I sound overdramatic, but I've grown to root for them deeply. I loved it.

(Ps: to future readers, I've realized how vastly different it is from the novel and manhwa. The amount of monologue, the way they view each other and how the scenes are described is vastly different. So it's hard to grasp the emotion through a few panels of the manhwa. The novel is beautifully written and very poetic (in the sense that it's descriptions are beautiful). if you come for any of them without knowing the story, you will regret it. I've ended up sympathizing with both of them, I'm ngl, I ended up crying for them way more than I intended. Specially Tristan, I think he's very unfortunate, you will know why. This man has given his EVERYTHING and more. I love them both dearly. Just stick around for a heart wrenching story)

If you want to read the novel, read it on 'Lumo stories' website or app for free, just search for 'Ebony Castle'.
