Not defending the AI usage here but regarding the first part, no you cannot do that and haven’t been able to do so in a while. another uploader use to do that constantly to claim stuff and site users got annoyed bc it would just be blank pages sitting on the site for months and months
If a page is created here with no chapter on it then the admins will hide the page until someone shared a chapter to it.

Now we can’t request blank page for BL mahwa series. Since 2 years ago someone greedy mass requested blank page for bl manhwa, and since that time the admin won’t accept the blank page.
yes i have tried it recently and it works the admin put up the page just fine, if not i wouldn’t say this.
idk about that but me and my friends has been requesting pages since months ago and it still work until now with no problem, admin is still putting up the blank page if not i wouldn’t say this.
and i’ll not be attaching any link here bcs i know your friend especially that jujucat will start to stalk and harass or send hate to my friends as well but yes just a week ago my friend requested a blank page to upload her own chapters and it’s up just fine. so tell that it’s not that hard to literally just shut up after doing some mistakes no one is perfect but they had to have a lousy mouth and start a fight with everyone here instead just for what? embarrassing.
let’s not lie to readers just bcs you’re an uploader. admins literally accept and can create a blank page with no chapter at all and you can simply upload a quick notice with a cover or something (some even upload just a notice with no chapter and didn’t have any problem) but your desperate ass decided to upload AI slops and lie about how uploaders creating pages here just to get away from the hate be fr just claim your shit and go
