There are many things I didn't like about this but why... why fat people must be infantilized in media to look 'attractive' or 'endearing'. Or they're drawn like perverts... like yeah, I kinda understand that the mangaka wanted to make him look cute in some panels, and throw a sex scene with the mc being in his initial weight, but even there he looks very young...
It's like if he has to be fat, he has to be cute if not then there are not other things to sympathize with him... even when his story is plenty enough.
