Honestly I literally saw a video about that today on youtube how most media today wants you to turn off your brain and just consume consume consume without ever thinking… cause once you start to think about this manhwa for even a second you’ll realize how weird it really is. For example another issue i have is: why is there SO much excessive emphasis on shuraka being a virgin and inexperienced and there are so many cross references to when he was a child… like what is the purpose and messaging behind this?
Fr even in scenes that are intimate i feel like he has to many child features that make me weirded out like his face still showing that hes really young makes me question his age.. it makes me really uncomfortable
Or the parts where someone will say stuff like “oh that little boy you’re speaking about beheaded his father” sounds a lot like “hes very mature for his age” like wtf is the author doing why even introduce this disgusting ass part into your fictional story where you can literally draw ANYTHING you want
Yeah, I was recommended this by a friend and honestly cant really look at them the same. I am definitely dropping this manhwa I just cant enjoy it.

Cos I think these are all super valid points but it does feel like you’re insulting all the readers who actually enjoy this series for unproblematic things like the gorgeous art style or just being too invested to quit at the red flags
Wallahi this is the most overrated story ever i dont get how its this popular and how there is nobody complaining heifnejd… the premise is so weird the characters are lowkey personality-chopped and the plot being abt a concubine (fancy word for sex slave) whos like a super warrior but also extremely docile to the idea of being nothing else other than a hole im crine??? Like do you really have no other ambitions? You fighting a whole ass battle to gain access to a wish and you… ask for dick? Did the dick factory explode? Also what was the literal point of him being a child when they met cause tei got over him being a child he once knew WAY too fast considering bimbo sharukh khan over here acts like a fucking imbecilic man child most of the time omfg bro
