Okay so I noticed I didn't pretty much explain it properly in my previous post. It's a straight romance manhwa, as far as I know the fl used to endure and do everything for the guy she used to like. I think they meet up again but this time the fl already realize she no longer like him, the guy ordered her a carbonara cause he thought she like pasta but the truth is HE likes pasta and she just eat everything he loves even though she's lactose intolerant and she always vomit after eating pasta because that's how she loved him. She's currently seeing the ml at that time so she finally told the guy how much she sacrificed for him and how she fall out of love.
