I agree with yellow. He says he's not into love, but he showers Yeomin with gifts, living essentials, possibly nepotism, too. The bad part about it is that we, the readers, recognize very well these was gestures of love, but because of his pride, Taeseo's not willing to admit it vocally, which causes this "indebted" feeling in Yeomin and the reason for their lack of cohesion in the relationship.
