i really enjoyed the story at the start, how they explained the world and what was happening was great and the characters were really interesting but then... once they get caught it kinda just starts going downhill??? they changes the mcs and mls views with no explanation just because they fell in love i guess?? like what. you suddenly stopped wanting to kill everyone just because you actually started liking this guy? i don't know it really pissed me off since i loved where this was going and the characters were so good at the start...
it just felt like they didn't know how to change the character's opinions/views properly and ended up making them randomly be like "hmm... actually i highkey am in love with this guy! i'm gonna stop doing what i've wanted to do for years just because i suddenly fell for him! and i'm gonna suddenly start caring about him a LOT for no fully explained reason even though i disliked him!" like ok maybe the mc gets an excuse (even though it felt like they changed his personality so much which pmo) but the ml????????? what??????? i immediately dropped it as soon i saw them kiss it just felt like horrible writing
