I really don't like it when a side character has their own separate story. He's so annoying. It's all cute but then he suddenly appears in the main story and just gets in the way of the main couple. I think the plot could still progress even if he was just one of his classmates with a small appearance, especially since his own story doesn't even connect with the timeline of this one. I don't understand why he needed to become so involved.
