I doubt that. Usually AI translation is unreliable, but I'm reading this in MTL too in another webpage, and it always translates to Guide. At least once the machine should say MCs name and not guide. I think the official translation might have fucked up, what does happen more often than not.
I haven't checked the officials in which situations ML happens to say the MCs name, but at least in full not edited MTL he keeps calling MC guide, especially when it's supposed to be intimate.
You have the audacity to demand "your" "Mr. Guide" to call you with your name... But you are still calling him just Mr. Guide or Guide.

Right NOW ML making MC to matter so little as a person, that even I as a reader starting to forgot Jung Woo-yeon's name.
Maybe if there is a novel, there it's explained that ML calling Jung Woo-yeon a guide is some kinda thing of him respecting MC, but if that is the case... The Manhwa sure doesn't explain or even acknowledge that part at all.
