Haha.. Well, ORV characters are more fleshed out in my opinion. Plus, there's always some kind of plot twist, power up and lore. Something new to gain always.
Oh! Another thing is that ORV manhwa is pretty faithful to the novel which doesn't seem to be the case with this manhwa. The vibe is different.
Fair enough actually, orv has a lot of characters with deep lore whereas here there's only a handful of focused on characters. Though I would prefer a better fandom, mggo probably isn't the place to find that haha evb is yaoi rotted here

When hyunjae isn't around or a serious arc is going on, people talk about that mostly.
For example when Noah was introduced or hyunjae's secretary wanted both of the twin dragons or yoohyun forgetting his memories for a chapter or list goes on. People do talk about others when it is their moment
The gayest arc is here and ofc people are gonna make jokes about the ship they love?
I think you should avoid comments until another arc to get comments related to it or you can go to asura scans and read there as well,maybe comments aren't about the ship there :)

The ship is indeed cute I love it too but can we as a fandom find something new to talk about like the comments are always just about the ship and it's just as boring as powerscalers... The story is more than hyunjae x yoojin but they're all y'all ever talk about
