I'm not sure but I think that's one of Seong-ha's (seme) business friends together with blondie and when they announced their relationship to them, he got jealous and thought how Jeonsu ended up with Seong-ha cause I think he likes him? I'm not really sure but try to read 3-4 chapters before the latest update.
