I love the adopted family?!

Wow, for once they don't push MC onto the most powerful by default family and call it a day. I love how even though her birth family were kinda meh, her real family gave her the strength to face everything. The way the holy kingdom's queen gives her validation but also helps her pursue meaning, not coddling her and enabling her to grow into something more, the way she actually has a sibling relationship with her adopted bro instead of the step-bro trope (pls don't ruin this author), I love those two! Even better since their lives don't revolve around MC.

Also really interested in the worldbuilding in the story, I was skeptical of earth manipulation but holy necromancy(?) batman, that is some really metal stuff! I haven't seen anything like that, ever! And despite some issues with power setup, the author manages to not make her read like a mary sue or damsel. She accepts help, but can also hold her own and work around challenges. Thank god she doesn't devolve into a doki-doki mess! The way she sets boundaries without being vindictive or cruel, you go girl! And a non-transmigrator/reincarnator?? Ahh, the author is hitting all the right notes for me!

As for the endgame pairing, I honestly don't care, all the current options are pretty meh. I wonder if she will find someone during the island arc (though pretty late game), or surprise us with a GL reveal (or maybe we get an ace MC for once?)

I guess I've been starved for an MC who isn't a hypocrite, incompetent or a mary sue for so long, what a gem of a story!
