its not in the manga. this is all there is to the manga and that was written only for the anime, so it doesnt exist in the manga

Aaaaaaah I already read the manga and I watched the anime but, like, I remember the scene that the anime adapted in ep 13 but I can't find it again in the mangaaaaa, can someone, if he know, tell me where Nakamura says to Hirose that he likes "all" about him/that he found all about Hirose charming ??? I also remember that at the same time he tried to confess to him but didn't do it after all, they were sitting on a bench alone if I remember correctly
