Don't worry, they still love each other, but the author is doing mean and unnecessary things to a couple that was already happy. If you want a taste of what's happening and why people are angry, just read this last chapter, 165. I recommend you have a strong stomach... I can't explain everything because otherwise the text would be too long, but in short, the author separated the two by introducing the trashy Taesung's grandfather to separate them.
Man the author needs to leave this story alone, this story ended on a good ending but why does the author wanna continue it and in this way? Like if you wanna write dark/angsty stories just make seperate character and story for them, why ruin this perfectly fine story?? This BL is one of my early reads and seeing the couple like really hurts my heart
