There isn’t any pedophilia in the story. If you keep reading you’d see that (tho I understand the immediate hesitation considering how other bl’s can be).
believe me, there's no pedophile in this, they got married but that's it. Tei doesn't develop any feelings for Shuraka when he was a child. It was all platonic. Like having friends that are younger like you, something like that. Tei only took interest on him romantically when he became a full-fledged adult, thus leading to this situation. But I understand your hesitation. And if it is really uncomfortable for you, it's okay to drop the story.
just because there's a child and an adult interacting doesn't mean pedophilia. Because pedophilia is the sexual arousal towards a child—which didn't happen by the way. I just see it as friendship between a child and an adult.
