i think he wasn’t necessarily interested in him only bec of his cute outfits, he rejected him bec kominato was basically a stranger when he confessed, and now that yanagi learned more about him he thinks he’s super cute which is completely fair imo :))) and it’s not fake hope bc he obviously returns the feelings

Yanagi only show interest in MC just after knowing he cross-dress and yeah they do hang out and stuff after that but still... doing that to the person who already confess to you is so mean, you are giving them fake hope... AND NOW MC CONFESS AGAIN OKAY I CANT NOW HE CRY AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH
