It is not ORV I think. The subway was not underground but in the manhwa I'm mentioning the subway is underground and they didn't end up there because they were in metro but they entered there after running away or fighting from something even if not zombies..

Do you mean this?? I have indeed read this and rated it 5 and I don't rate things though I don't remember much about this so maybe this is the one but does they go to an underground subway station?

They're in a subway station underground. People are divided into groups. Mc group is made of nice people Obv and others are planning to get into metro line and cross the tunnel to get to other station but mc knows future and that on the other station, they would all be killed so he tells thm not to go and there is also a plot line where someone has to go get food from convenience store since they're running out of food and people force mc and his weak people to get it and mc volunteers?
