I really appreciate Nerd Project for its grounded portrayal of romance, it really capture a deep connection between characters whose passion doesn't need to be loud or forced, but rather balanced in a way that feels incredibly relatable (especially for me) and true to real love. Furthermore, Luke’s characterization is incredibly refreshing; his complexity proves that a narrative can explore a deeply tangled, messy psyche without resorting to violent tropes or transforming someone into a cliché bl mc, offering instead a nuanced look at how the human brain actually processes internal chaos. However, the story falls somewhat short in its execution, as roughly half the narrative feels underdeveloped with several plot threads left unresolved because of that I feel that the ending is abrupt and it really lacks a fully satisfying conclusion.
