Taeui did shout in the novel to ilay that he’ll come back to him but Ilay couldn’t hear anything because of the noise in the background and I don’t think Ilay would give a fuck even if he knew, his only priority was getting taeui back,he doesn’t care about whatever happens to his brother, in the novels he hates Taeui’s twin brother a lottttt

They will probably reunite in like 4-5 chapters but it won’t be a good reunion, SPOILERRRERRR WARNING taeui will get brutally raped and ilay was thinking of eating him alive like actual cannibalism, i’m not sure if the manhwa will adapt that scene faithfully but in the novel it was very intense and that scene will conclude the ending of the main story of passion wich is also the ending of the first novel there are still many sequels but I’m not sure if they’re gonna get adapted any time soon, if you want the links for the novels you can dm me
