Looking for a manhwa (BL)

I can’t remember the title, I only vaguely remember a scene where the top is an emperor, and I don’t remember much about the bottom’s character but it’s a historical manhwa with dukes and emperors. The scene I can remember is that later in the story, after they did it, in an attempt to not have the bottom leave him (top), the next morning when the bottom woke up and he removed the blanket, he saw his feet chained up. The top is very yandere ish, and I remember (if correct) he has white long hair. Also there was a time that the bottom escaped from his grasp, and he went into hiding. The emperor hosted like a big banquet in his town then the bottom was hiding in the crowd in a cloak. If this doesn’t help enough find the title, I remember either the bottom or top is named Leon? If I remember correctly. Pls let me know if anyone knows the title
